Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. No-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be charged or billed the full appointment price with no refund offered. You are considered a no-show if you do not join the Zoom meeting by 15 minutes after your appointment time. If you have circumstances that you believe should exempt you from this policy, please email Sara@celestial-awakening.com for a review of your situation. All decisions are final.
Liability
Sara Thompson is not a therapist, counselor, or doctor. The information shared with clients during sessions and on the Celestial Awakening website is not a substitute for professional advice such as from a medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, or counselor. The ThetaHealing® Technique and any other energy work performed is not intended to diagnose, prescribe, treat, or cure any disease, physical or mental. The energy work used is specifically for addressing the underlying spiritual issues that may be causing stress. By participating in services, you agree not to hold Celestial Awakening or Sara Thompson liable for any loss or cost incurred by you, or any person related or associated with you, as a result of sessions or material provided by Celestial Awakening or Sara Thompson
